From this, he teamed up with Alex Brown, who turned down a job with Cartier feeling that establishing the Animal watch department would be more interesting. He stayed with the company for seventeen years, before moving on.
To date, the company has decided to minimize how many watches re made to concentrate fully on the watches and their quality.

Elliot Brown is so confident about the quality of their watches that they offer a 12 month warranty. Of course, if the watch breaks because you did not treat it right, you will have to pay a fee in order to have the watch fixed or replaced.
It is in their belief that the watch should not malfunction, because it has been tested rigorously after being thoughtfully engineered from the ground up. The strap on the watch is one of the last things that should ever break, because that was one of the first things the company was based on.
